The Butchery and Processing
The business operates a small butchery in Anna Valley, near Andover. We are able to cut and prepare pork joints to order and fresh hand-made award winning sausages are produced every week.
We have refrigerated vehicles which operate a local delivery service and transport fresh pork to farmers’ markets throughout the county. Most of our bacon is cured for us at Sandridge Farm, near Devizes using the traditional Wiltshire Cure method but is cut, sliced and packaged on site.
